What happens when you book remedial massage

1

Your story — we discuss your pain, injury, or movement concern and what you’ve already tried.

2

Your movement — simple movements so we can see how your body moves and compensates.

3

Your treatment — hands-on work tailored to what we find, with reassessment through the session.

Assessment-led, not symptom-only

Your session looks at how you move, not just where it hurts. Movement is observed before treatment begins.
