First visits are usually 60 minutes — enough time to assess how you move before hands-on treatment.
Step 02
Pick your time
Select an available slot at Varsity Lakes. You’ll get a confirmation email and a short intake form to complete online beforehand.
Step 03
Arrive ready to move
Wear comfortable, loose clothing. Arrive 5 minutes early. Reschedule or cancel up to 4 hours ahead via Jane App.
What happens at your first appointment
Your story — we discuss your pain, injury, or movement concern and what you’ve already tried.
Your movement — simple movements so we can see how you compensate and what may be driving the problem.
Your treatment — hands-on work tailored to what we find, with reassessment through the session.

Your session focuses on the mechanical driver — not just rubbing where it hurts. Movement is observed before treatment begins.

Standard session — assess, treat, and plan aftercare for one primary area. Recommended for your first appointment.
Remedial Massage (30 min)
Targeted follow-up for one area — straightforward presentations or maintenance between longer sessions.
Remedial Massage (90 min)
When multiple areas need attention or your presentation is more complex.
Remedial Massage (120 min)
Chronic or whole-body presentations needing comprehensive assessment and treatment.
Urgent Remedial Massage
After-hours for urgent situations that can’t wait. Outcome-focused clinical work — not relaxation.
Online Movement Assessment
Structured video assessment — your history and movement reviewed; you leave with a clear next step.
$50 credited in full toward your first in-clinic visit if booked within 14 days.
