When she came for the last treatment, she felt a bit challenged to get in and out of the car and walk. But after the treatment she handled, everything became much more manageable.
Today, I focus on building her stability as well as the treatment. Training in the uneven Bosu ball with weights. Squat with swing motion with weights and rotation stability.
Her physical performance improves very well with each session.
86歲的老奶奶看到我的第一句話就說,她相信羅馬是一天造成的,上次來找我之前,上下車跟走路都還有點辛苦,但是之後做各種動作都輕鬆了很多,全身的靈活度跟強度明顯提高,疼痛不舒服的感覺也越來越少。
今天在治療跟訓練的重點是加強她的穩定度,在不穩定的地面,還有球面進行體重,還有負重的雙腳及單腳的平衡訓練,還有深蹲甩重量,旋轉換重心的訓練。
每一次治療跟訓練後老奶奶的體能狀況都有顯著提升。
